All customers who received the upgraded server with the host/URL ending in .xyz and wish to return to their previous basic package can contact us through tickets on our website.
They can switch back to the basic package with the host/URL ending in .cc for free until September 1st.
Going forward, all renewals & PayPal payments will be processed automatically, eliminating the need for manual processing.
Please note that if you do not want PayPal to process the subscription automatically, you'll have to cancel the subscription on PayPal.
