Host/URL Deluxe package
We announced our new host/URL for the Deluxe package last year, but it seems that many customers still haven’t switched over, which is why they’re unable to connect.

Host/URL Basic Package
Due to some issues with our data center provider, they had to perform an emergency rollback to a backup. As a result, our main host/URL for the basic package is currently not functioning properly. Our technical team is working to resolve the issue.
